The Jefferson City Lady Jays will have a pair of individuals competing for honors in the Class 2 state golf tournament starting today.
Blair Michael and Ellie Severance of Jefferson City will play in the tournament at Rivercut Golf Course in Springfield. They advanced to state with their finishes at the sectional tournament earlier this month.
Blue Springs, the defending Class 2 state champion, is among the eight team qualifiers this year.
