Tressa Hughes got the win in the circle in her seven strikeout performance. She allowed nine hits and one walk.
Kalli Nelson had four hits for Dixon.
For Vienna, Annie John had three hits and Jordyn Steffen took the loss in the circle.
Vienna finishes the season at 19-5.
In the other semifinal, Iberia pitcher Jordan Lawson hit a walk-off home run to lift her team to a 10-0, six-inning win over Cuba.
Top seeds Dixon and Iberia meet for the district final at 5 p.m. today in Vienna.
