WAYNESVILLE, Mo. - Lauren Neubauer hit a walk-off double Thursday to drive in Alex Gilliland as Jefferson City posted a 3-2 win against Willard in a Class 4 District 10 semifinal.
Emily Williams was 2-for-3 with a run scored and an RBI for the Lady Jays, and Alyssa Schulte was also 2-for-3 with a triple and a run. Hannah Hirschvogel was 1-for-2 with an RBI.
Schulte got the win, pitching all seven innings. She struck out 12 and allowed three hits.
Jefferson City (18-8) plays Camdenton at 5 p.m. today in the district championship.
