ELDON, Mo. - Ally Puckett scored three times and Rachel Surface drove in three runs Wednesday as the Eugene Lady Eagles topped the Eldon Lady Mustangs 8-5.
Puckett, Surface and Nola Polly paced a nine-hit Eugene attack with two his each. One of Surface's hits was a home run.
Paige Rademann went the distance for the win. She allowed one earned run on nine hits, while striking out four.
Eugene is now 14-6.
In Wednesday's JV game, Eugene edged Eldon 6-5 to improve to 6-4 on the season.
