BOONVILLE - The California Lady Pintos defeated the Boonville Lady Pirates in a thrilling overtime 54-53 victory.
California (1-0) was led by Elizabeth Lutz in a balanced effort with 14 points. Mara Caudel finished with 12 and Roz Martensen and Cameron Meyer chipped in 10 apiece.
The Lady Pintos open their home slate Dec. 7 against Tipton.
