Thursday, AMF Electric will be conducting work on the Governor Office Building.
As a result, parking will be removed and traffic lanes will be restricted in the 200 Block of Capitol Avenue.
Work will begin at 7 a.m.and should be completed by 5 p.m. the same day, weather and progress permitting.
Detour signage will be posted in the area.
Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area if possible.
