Dear Editor:
Remember all those years ago when you just heard the Rolling Stones doing "I Can't Get No Satisfaction," That is sure true today whether you are talking about farm machinery or medical care.
Earlier this year on a Saturday evening my husband was doing some metal grinding and a piece of metal glass flew into his eye. (He does wear safety goggles.)
I was unable to remove it so we went to the ER where a nurse practitioner made several attempts to remove the metal but she couldn't. Then in a very casual and uncaring manner she told us they would send antibiotic ointment home with us and we could see an eye doctor on Monday.
During the hay season a friend had a tractor break down. He called the dealership where he bought the tractor and they said they would pick up the tractor and get it right. They did come and pick up the tractor but it was five weeks before they brought it back.
Think about it and pray you don't have a tractor break down or need to go to the emergency room.
