Look Whooo's Vapin', a new e-cigarette store on the southeastern side of Jefferson City, is set to open by the end of May.
The store, located at 1850 Route C, Suite C, will sell e-liquid for use in electronic cigarettes, along with "pretty much every accessory that goes with it," such as specialized batteries, said Emory Lynch, who owns Look Whooo's Vapin' with Laci Griffith and Joe Ridenhour.
Lynch himself used e-cigarettes to gradually quit smoking cigarettes two years ago, and said he recommends them to people who want to drop a cigarette habit or smoke recreationally with fewer health risks than cigarettes.
"It's just a cleaner way of getting off cigarettes," he said.
The e-liquid sold in the store will range from high to low nicotine content. Lynch said his personal experience with the products will help him guide customers through the process.
"We're just trying to offer good customer service - give them a good variety of stuff, and stuff that I know works," he said. "I just want to help people so they don't give up on it because it is so tedious."
Look Whooo's Vapin' should open during the last week of May, and will announce hours of operation closer to that time.
