Baseball: Blair Oaks 8, School of the Osage 1

KAISER, Mo. - The Blair Oaks baseball team defeated School of the Osage 8-1 on Tuesday behind a combined three-hitter from Ryan Paschal and Clayton Graessle.

Paschal was the winning pitcher, allowing one unearned run and striking out six. Graessle was perfect in three innings, striking out three as he picked up the save.

Jordan Hair and Dylan Hoelscher led the Falcons with two hits apiece. Hair drove in two and scored once, and Hoelscher had a run and an RBI. Brent Heckemeyer scored two runs and drove in a run as well Adam Schell had the game's lone home run.

The Falcons scored one run in the first, third and sixth innings and five in the fourth.

Blair Oaks (13-16) hosts Rock Bridge at 5 p.m. today.
