An Otterville woman was injured in a one-car accident at 7 a.m. Tuesday on Route W north of Golden Beach Road in Morgan County.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Honda Civic, driven northbound by Selena Mounphoxay, 20, ran off the right side of the road and struck a tree.
Mounphoxay was taken to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.
She was wearing a seat belt.
