EMS Professionals Inc., a Jefferson City area business providing uniforms and equipment for emergency medical and law enforcement professionals, has both relocated and added a retail storefront.
Formerly located at 5607 Business 50 West in Apache Flats, EMS Professionals moved to 701 W. McCarty St. at the end of April.
"We needed more space, and also we're offering a retail store, which we did not do before," said owner Marsha Everts. "We were beginning to get a lot of walk-ins where we were, and we know that there is nothing (like this) around town any longer. We are wanting to offer - really for law enforcement and EMS - a lot of the uniform and duty gear here inside the city limits."
EMS Professionals has shipped law enforcement and emergency medical supplies, equipment and uniforms in Jefferson City since November 2011. Its previous location was not set up to sell items individually to walk-in customers.
The new EMS Professionals store offers a variety of uniforms, duty gear and personal items for emergency medical, fire, law enforcement and nurses.
