A pair of players with Missouri ties were recently named to the 2015 USA Basketball Women's U19 World Championship Team Trials roster.
The trials to select the 12-member team will begin Thursday and run through May 17 at the United State Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Napheesa Collier, a 6-foot-1 guard/forward from Incarnate Word Academy who has signed with Connecticut, is one of the signees. Collier played her freshman season at Jefferson City before spending the next three at Incarnate Word.
Stophie Cunningham, a 6-foot-1 guard from Rock Bridge, joins her on the invite list. She is a University of Missouri signee.
