The News Tribune and the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce are co-sponsoring two candidate forums .
Candidates for Jefferson City mayor were asked about issues facing the city on Monday night, while candidates for the Jefferson City Board of Education will be asked about issues facing the district at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Both forums are open to the public at City Hall and are being broadcast on JCTV, which can be viewed on channel 81 if you're a Mediacom customer, as well as live-streamed and archived via NewsTribune.com.
