Sarah Luebbert had the goal in regulation for Jefferson City, assisted by Brianna Lock.
Jefferson City (0-1) is back in action this week in the Lee's Summit Tournament, opening the three-game event against Kearney at 5 p.m. Monday.
In Saturday's JV game, Jefferson City fell 2-0 to Ursuline Academy.
