The Eugene FFA Greenhouse is now open. The greenhouse offers a variety of fruit and vegetable seeds and starter plants ready to be purchased for growing in gardens. These seeds and plants range from your normal vegetables including potatoes, onions, green beans, sweet corn, and many others to watermelon, zucchini, cantaloupe, and also a great variety of tomato plants.
The greenhouse is open every Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-3 p.m, and on Thursdays until 6 p.m. The FFA greenhouse is also open during all home baseball games; these dates are March 27, April 13, and April 14. In addition to these dates, the greenhouse will also open on April 11 and May 2 from 8 a.m.-noon.
The FFA Greenhouse will also be open during the Eugene FFA annual barbecue and labor auction on April 10. The FFA members will begin serving BBQ at 4 p.m.
Tickets are available from any FFA member. Tickets will also be available to purchase at the door. Carryout dinners will also be available.
