A Kaiser man was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday on U.S. 54, west of Missouri 52 in Miller County.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, David S. Crall, 43, lost control of his westbound 2002 Ford Taurus and crossed the median and eastbound lanes and struck an embankment.
Crall was taken to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.
He was wearing a seat belt.
