Number of units sold: 132, a 0.8 percent decrease compared to 133 in June 2014.
Average sales price: $146,818, a 3.2 percent decrease compared to $151,739 in June 2014.
Average days on market: 110, a 6 percent decrease compared to 117 in June 2014.
Total units sold year-to-date: 645, a 17.3 percent increase compared to 550 in June 2014.
