ST. ALBANS - Taylor Hayes leads area players after two rounds of the Missouri Women's Golf Association's Amateur Championship.
Hayes, from Lake Ozark, is in a three-way tie for sixth with a two-day total of 153 at the Country Club of St. Albans.
Brooke Thompson of Jefferson City is in a four-way tie for 34th at 170, while Lauren Plunkett of Eugene is in a two-way tie for 43rd at 175.
Jordan Chael of Overland Park, Kan., leads the 60-player field with a 1-under 143. Catherine Dolan of Ballwin and Kayla Eckelamp of Washington are tied for second at 145.
The tournament will conclude today.
