Colton's Steak House on Missouri Boulevard will close for roughly two weeks beginning Monday to make way for a major renovation to the building.
"We're completely redoing all the decor, the floors, the bathrooms and the host area," said General Manager Doug Ward. "It will be a dramatic visual difference."
The Jefferson City restaurant is making interior improvements, such as adding hardwood floors throughout the building, as well as exterior improvements like adding an outdoor patio dining area that will accommodate eight tables.
"It's been almost 10 years now at this location," Ward said. "We're trying to freshen up and make it look even nicer."
