RUSSELLVILLE - Russellville and Eugene cruised to victories Thursday in loser's bracket action at the Russellville Tournament.
Russellville defeated Belle 61-44 in the second game. Adrianna Bassnett had a triple-double in the victory, totaling 15 points, 12 rebounds and 11 steals. Justice Miller led Russellville with 17 points.
Russellville led 18-8 after one quarter and 38-27 at the half.
Lacey Clark tossed in a game-high 31 points for Belle.
In the first game Thursday, Eugene jumped out to a 27-4 lead after one quarter and defeated Warsaw 72-30.
Allison Isenberg and Mikenize Farris had 16 points each for Eugene, which toook a 47-9 lead into halftime, Katelyn Engelbrecht added 12 points, while Lexi Dickerson totaled 10.
Raven Caswell had 10 points for Warsaw.
