HERMANN, Mo. - It took overtime, but the Chamois Lady Pirates defeated Hermann 52-47 on Wednesday to advance to the championship of the Hermann Tournament.
Paige Nolte led Chamois with 20 points, and Cheyenne Hemeyer scored 12.
The Lady Pirates led 10-7 after one quarter, 23-22 at the half and 36-27 after three quarters before going into overtime tied at 41.
Tela Ruediger scored 16 for Hermann and Brooke Grosse scored 15.
Chamois (11-6) plays Owensville at 8 p.m. Friday in the championship game.
