Boys Basketball: South Callaway 87, New Bloomfield 57

STURGEON - The South Callaway Bulldogs had four players score in double figures Monday night in an 87-57 win against the New Bloomfield Wildcats in the opening round of the Sturgeon Tournament.

Jacob Smith had a double-double for the Bulldogs, totaling 21 points and 11 rebounds. Troy Hentges and Terry Miles added 19 points each, while Luke Horstman chipped in with 15 points.

South Callaway led 21-15 after one quarter and 44-31 at the half.

South Callaway (15-1) will face Community in the tournament on Thursday.
