VIENNA - The Vienna Eagles handled the Dixon Bulldogs in the first half and then held on for a 68-66 win Monday night.
The Eagles led 20-9 after one quarter and pushed the advantage to 35-18 by halftime. Dixon cut the lead to 50-41 after three quarters, but couldn't complete the comeback.
Isaac Weider dropped in 24 points to pace Vienna and Isaac Farrow had 20.
Weston Shelton pumped in a game-high 28 points for Dixon.
Vienna (11-6) will play today at Richland.
