Ross Dickneite had a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds, and Will Robertson scored 11.
The Comets led 19-18 after the first quarter, but entered the half down 37-28. They bounced back in the second half and entered the fourth quarter down 54-52 before outscoring Harrisburg 24-8 in the fourth.
Fatima (11-5) plays Tuesday at Dixon.
