The Tri Cap Wrestling Club competed in the Eldon Takedown Tournament on Saturday and the Hallsville Warrior Classic on Sunday.
Medalists at Eldon were:
• 6-and-under - Cannon Schrimpf, first; Daemen Duemmel, fourth.
• 8-and-under - Bailey Roche, second; Aleksandr Careaga, third.
• 10-and-under - Brennen Prenger, Nicholas Ash and Zach Rackers, first; Jace Duemmel, second; Carson Hayes, third.
• 12-and-under - Ethan Herigon, third.
• 14-and-under - Jackson Careaga, second; Jackson Schrimpf and Dustin Luebbert, fourth.
Medalists at Hallsville were:
• 6-and-under - Gavin Melloway, first; Daemen Duemmel and Cannon Schrimpf, second.
• 8-and-under - C.J. Howell, first; Charlie Morgan, second; Roche, third.
• 10-and-under - Jace Duemmel, Drake Perkins, Prenger, Rackers and Mason Roche, first; Blake Luebbering, Ash and Cody Suthoff, third.
