The Jays Kids Wrestling Club took part in two tournaments during weekend.
On Saturday, the team competed at the Wrestle Missouri Tournament in Eldon with the following results:
• First place: Brandon Bachues, Tanner Quick, Whit Nichols and Julian Hooper.
• Second place: Hurley Jacobs and Tobey Richardson.
• Third place: Joseph Schaefer, A'Tiq Muhammad, Kenny Richardson and Cameron McKee.
• Fourth place: Clayton Hurley, Erick Richardson and Quincey Frye.
• Fifth place: Dawson Cain.
On Sunday, the team competed at the Hallsville Tournament. Those placing were:
• First place: McKee, Omer Ballinger, Eli Schuemann, Lucas McMahan, Jacobs and Zack Wilson.
• Second place: Jeremiah Austin, Demarkus Lyddon-Allen, Hurley and Dawson Paul.
• Third place: Corbin Rowland.
• Fourth place: Jevin McKee, Davis Wilkinson.
The team will take part in the Tri-Cap Tournament on Saturday.
