Gerbes Super Store at 2101 Schotthill Woods Drive in eastern Jefferson City will undergo a remodel project in the coming months.
The renovation, set to begin early this year and be completed this summer, will include the following features, according to a news release:
• Fresh decor with warm colors, upgraded department markers and energy-efficient ambient lighting
• Expanded offerings of natural and organic foods at Nature's Market
• Expanded fresh selection in meat and seafood departments
• Expanded floral department featuring FTD services
• Additional selections of garden-fresh produce, including organic varieties
• Beverage center with fountain sodas and coffee
• Enhanced deli department with new hot foods case.
Along with a remodel of another Gerbes store in Columbia, the projects mark a multi-million-dollar investment in area stores, according to the release.
