FULTON - The William Woods Owls dropped the Columbia College Cougars 84-72 on Thursday night.
Kennedy Volkart (Russellville High School) was one of four William Woods players to score in double figures, as she had 10 points. She also tied for the game lead with nine rebounds, and she had a game-high four blocks to go with one steal.
William Woods is now 11-5 overall and 7-4 in the American Midwest Conference, while Columbia is 12-5 and 8-3.
