Nominations for the American Red Cross Heart of Missouri 2015 Heroes Awards are being accepted.
The award, which were formerly called Lifesaver Awards, are presented to recognize people who have taken extraordinary measures to save the life of another human being.
Forms are available online at www.redcross.org/mo/jefferson-city/local-programs. Deadline for submission is Feb. 1.

Award categories include: healthcare professional; law enforcement; military; blood services; good Samaritan adult; good Samaritan youth; firefighter; emergency medical assistance and community impact.
