A Latham woman was injured in a one-car accident at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday on Hazel Dell Drive at Lick Fork Road in Moniteau County.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol report, a 2013 Ford Focus, driven southbound by Virginia W. Reinhardt, 71, left the road when Reinhardt suffered a medical emergency. The vehicle struck a fence and came to rest in a creek.
Reinhardt was taken to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.
She was wearing a seat belt.
