The Tipton Cardinals began their week with two straight wins, Monday against Northwest: Hughesville and Tuesday at La Monte.
Monday, three Cardinals reached double-digit scoring totals to lead Tipton to a 71-42 defeat of Northwest: Hughesville.
Dylan Cooper scored a game-high 18 points for Tipton, and Bryce Sanders and Grant Huhman contributed 14 and 11 points, respectively.
Tipton led 21-7 after one quarter, 34-18 at the half and 58-32 entering the fourth quarter.
Garrett Powell led Northwest: Hughesville with 14 points.
Tuesday, the Cardinals recorded 19 offensive rebounds en route to a 81-31 win against La Monte. Aaron Rugen had 11 rebounds, and Bryce Sanders and Grant Huhman each had nine.
Jimmie Upton led the Cardinals with 20 points and shot 6-of-12 from 3-point range. Dylan Cooper scored 17, and Sanders scored 14. Logan Hirst had seven steals.
Tipton led 15-8 after one quarter, 43-14 at the half and 66-25 after the third quarter.
The Cardinals (8-4 overall, 2-1 Kaysinger Conference) return to the court Friday at Windsor.
