Charges of aiding and abetting against a Columbia man in a non-fatal shooting in Jefferson City last December have been dismissed.
Antonio Carpenter, 17, was also facing a charge of armed criminal action.
Authorities had said Carpenter was among a group of teens from Columbia who came down to confront a group of teens in Jefferson City over an ongoing dispute. Two juveniles were shot in the 600 block of School Street during that confrontation.
