RUSSELLVILLE - Three Russellville players tallied double-digit scoring totals Monday en route to a 57-33 defeat of Linn in the Class 2 District 8 Tournament.
Adrianna Basnett scored a team-high 16, and McKendra Fischer and Justice Miller each scored 14 for fourth-seeded Russellville.
Russellville led 16-6 after one quarter, 32-12 at the half and 47-25 after three quarters.
Lyndsi Vaughan and Kirsten Steinbeck led fifth-seeded Linn with eight points apiece.
Russellville (5-20) plays top-seeded Tipton at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the semifinal round of the event.
