Boys Basketball: Vienna 61, Cuba 57

CUBA - Bolstered by 17 points from Isaac Weider, the Vienna boys basketball team defeated Cuba on Thursday, 61-57.

Landre Ousley chipped in 12 points for the Eagles, and Isaac Farrow scored 11.

Cuba led 17-16 after one quarter. The game was tied at 28 at halftime, and Vienna took a 42-39 lead into the fourth quarter.

The Eagles (16-8) begin district playoffs at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday against New Bloomfield.
