Girls Basketball: Osage gets past California

At the free-throw line

CALIFORNIA, Mo. - School of the Osage scored all 18 of its fourth-quarter points at the free-throw line Tuesday night in a 58-53 victory against the California Lady Pintos.

Osage led 15-3 after one quarter and 27-18 at the half. It was 40-33 in favor of Osage heading into the final period.

Monica Cisar had 18 points to lead three Osage players in double figures. Kendall Miller added 11, while Izzy Morris chipped in with 10.

Kelsey Roush had 16 points to lead California, while Elizabeth Lutz chipped in with 14.

California (12-10) will play Thursday at Blair Oaks.

California won Tuesday night's JV game 43-25.
