A Jefferson City man is charged with a burglary that occurred at Lincoln University in December.
Dominique Duhart, 25, of 521 E. Atchison St., is charged with one count of first-degree burglary.
The burglary occurred at Dawson Hall when police say Duhart took a computer from a resident's room.
The computer was valued at $1,596.
Duhart was issued a permanent no trespass in September 2011 from LU police and was warned last October that he cannot be on university property.
