ST. ELIZABETH, Mo. - Logan Mathis pumped in 37 points to lead Richland to a 62-54 win against the St. Elizabeth Hornets on Monday night.
Wyatt Stiles racked up 23 points for St. Elizabeth, while Braydon Holtmeyer was closed behind with 22.
The Bears led 16-11 after one quarter, only to see the Hornets rally for a 32-27 lead at halftime. But Richland used a 20-10 scoring edge in the third to take a 47-42 lead heading to the final period.
St. Elizabeth (3-14) will host Chamois on Friday for Homecoming.
