EUGENE - The Eugene Lady Eagles outscored the St. Elizabeth Lady Hornets 18-7 in the third quarter Monday on their way to a 56-49 win in the opening round of the Eugene Tournament.
Lexi Dickerson tossed in a game-high 23 points for Eugene, while Tori Adrian added 11.
Brooke Struemph had 20 points and 14 rebounds for St. Elizabeth (0-2), the seventh double-double of her career. Kayla Struemph added 10 points and six rebounds, while Regan Wilde finished with nine points and five boards.
