A man from Spokane, Washington, has been charged with statutory sodomy and first-degree child molestation in Cole County.
According to court documents, Dan Streetman, 45, was being held in the Cole County Jail on $100,000 bond as of Thursday.
The victim is under the age of 11.
According to a Cole County Sheriff's Department probable cause statement, Streetman admitted to having oral sex with the victim on multiple occasions at an unspecified residence in the county between June 1 and this past Tuesday.
The mother of the victim said Streetman had taken more than 40 nude photos of her child and two other children, both who are under the age of 11.
