I enjoy the discussions of Christian scripture in your forum. They can be quite educational.
Some forms of Christian scripture have been incorporated into Islamic scripture. Muslims revere Jesus as a prophet.
The Capital Area Interfaith Alliance is working toward increasing an understanding. We are working toward bringing people together.
Our Aug. 27 event, "Islam vs Islamic State" is a small step in that direction.
We will be bringing in a speaker from St. Louis. Rihab Sowah was born in the USA. She was raised in Syria. I first heard her on KOPN radio. Her show is "Arab Culture Arab Music." She will travel here from St. Louis to make her presentation.
Please join us Aug. 27 at 6:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church. It will be an educational and enlightening evening.
