Cody Siedel was recently named as the director of basketball operations for the Missouri State men's basketball team.
A graduate of Helias High School, Seidel joined the Bears in September of 2008 as team manager. He spent four seasons with the team and was named head manager for first-year head coach Paul Lusk for the 2011-12 season. He later served as video coordinator after helping coordinate practice and travel logistics, equipment, film breakdown and mentoring the Bears' staff of student managers.
He earned his B.S. in secondary mathematics from Missouri State in May 2012 after completing student-teaching requirements at Ozark High School and Parkview High School in Springfield.
Siedel is pursuing a master's in administrative studies with a sports management option.
