LEBANON, Mo. - Bret Jaegers threw a complete game seven-hitter Tuesday to lead Jefferson City High School to a 6-1 defeat of Lebanon.
Jaegers allowed five hits, an unearned run and struck out two.
Jaegers was also 2-for-3 at the plate and drove in three. Bryce Beckley went 2-for-3 as well, as did Gerrit Shirts, and every Jay in the lineup had a hit.
Jefferson City (14-9) plays Glendale and Webb City at 1:30 and 4 p.m. Saturday. Both games are in Webb City.
