Total units sold year-to-date: 238, compared to 216 in March 2014.

Number of homes sold: 5,269, a 14.2 percent increase compared to 4,928 in March 2014.
Average number of days on market: 133, a 2.2 percent decrease compared to 136 in March 2014.
Average sales price: $181,478, a 21.7 percent increase compared to $149,066 in March 2014.
Median sales price: $137,000, a 10 percent increase compared to $124,500 in March 2014.
Total units sold year-to-date: 13,339, a 7.9 percent increase compared to 12,361 in March 2014.
