Two serious accidents in Callaway County

A Holts Summit woman was treated for serious injuries after a two vehicle crash Tuesday night in Callaway County.

Missouri Highway Patrol reports the crash occurred on U.S. 54 Eastbound, a little over a mile west of Center Street, in Callaway County around 8:14 p.m.

A vehicle driven by Carolyn Rohrbach, 42, New Bloomfield, struck the rear of a Moped driven by Jessica Brothers, 29, Holts Summit.

Brothers was taken to University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia for treatment.

Rohrbach had no reported injuries.

Both drivers were wearing safety devices.

• Six people were injured in a one vehicle accident in Callaway County early Wednesday morning.

Patrol reports show a van driven by Jarvis Dancy, 23, Ashland, was on Westbound I-70 at the 155 mile marker around 12:34 a.m.

The van went off the left side of the road, struck the median cables, went back on the road and overturned multiple times. The vehicle then went back into the median and came to rest in the median cables.

Two passengers, Travis Bacon, 23, Columbia, and Robert McNeary, 26, Kansas City, were not wearing seat belts and both were ejected from the van. They were both treated for serious injuries.

Dancy and three other passengers, Lucas Cecil, 27, Boonville, Shannon Custard, 24, Jefferson City and Joseph Neubauer, 22, Hannibal, were all treated for minor injuries and all were wearing seat belts.
