Baseball: Marshall 11, Helias 4

MARSHALL, Mo. - The Helias Crusaders allowed seven unearned runs Tuesday and dropped an 11-4 decision to the Marshall Owls.

Zach Stiles paced Helias with three hits. Todd Buschjost had two hits and two RBI for the Crusaders.

Clayton Winter took the loss for the Crusaders. He pitched the first four innings, allowing seven runs (two earned) on 10 hits. Ryan Graessle pitched the final two frames, allowing four runs (two earned) on three hits.

Helias (6-6) will play Friday and Saturday at the Kirksville Tournament. The Crusaders will meet Kirksville at 2 p.m. Friday, then take on Battle at 7 p.m. On Saturday, Helias will meet Quincy (Ill.) Notre Dame at 12:30 p.m.
