OMMERCE CITY, Colo. (AP) - Lamar Neagle scored twice in the first half, Obafemi Martins added a stunning goal in the second and the Seattle Sounders beat the Colorado Rapids 3-1 on Saturday night.

Seattle (3-2-1) beat Colorado (1-2-3) for the fifth straight time, outscoring the Rapids 14-3.

Neagle bent in his first goal of the season from the corner of the 18-yard box in the fifth minute. Colorado equalized in the 22nd, but Neagle put Seattle back on top 2 minutes later when he tapped in the rebound of his own attempt.

Seattle had not scored in its previous two road games this season. Martins used a beautiful individual effort in the 73rd minute to score his fourth goal of the year. After a Colorado turnover near midfield, Andy Rose sent a long ball over the top of the Colorado defense. Martins' back-heel first-touch split two defenders and he chipped goalkeeper Clint Irwin.

Colorado's lone goal came when Dillon Powers slid a ball past Seattle's backline and Gabriel Torres slotted it inside the far post.

GALAXY 2, SPORTING KC 1

CARSON, Calif. (AP) - Omar Gonzalez scored in stoppage time and Los Angeles rallied to beat Sporting KC.

Los Angeles (3-2-2) won its second straight game, while Sporting KC (2-2-3) had its four-game undefeated streak snapped.

Gonzalez redirected Juninho's corner kick with his right shin in the fourth minute of extra time and it deflected off a defender's knee into the back of the net.

The Galaxy's Baggio Husidic opened the scoring in the ninth minute. Sporting goalkeeper Luis Marin spilled Stefan Ishizaki's shot and an unmarked Husidic was at the far post for an easy tap in.

Krisztian Nemeth tied it in the 22nd minute for Sporting KC. Dominic Dwyer ran down a deep ball in the corner and drew three defenders when he dribbled into the 18-yard box. He found Benny Feilhaber at the penalty spot, who one-touched it to Nemeth for the finish.

WHITECAPS 1, REAL SALT LAKE 0

SANDY, Utah (AP) - Darren Mattocks scored in the 80th minute and MLS-leading Vancouver capitalized on a brief man-advantage to beat Real Salt Lake.

The referee issued a red card to Sebastian Saucedo for a studs-up challenge on Mauro Rosales in the 76th minute. The Whitecaps (5-2-1) quickly capitalized when Mattocks headed home Russell Teibert's left-footed cross 4 minutes later.

It was the first goal conceded by Real Salt Lake (2-1-3) in 262 minutes.

Real Salt Lake returned to even strength when the Whitecaps' Jamison Olave was sent off for his second yellow card in the 89th minute.

Vancouver goalkeeper David Ousted had four saves in his fourth shutout of the season.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Federico Higuain and Kei Kamara each had a goal and an assist and Columbus beat Orlando City.

Higuain opened the scoring in the 32nd minute for Columbus (2-2-2). Ethan Finlay hustled to gather a failed clearance by Rafael Ramos and he fed Higuain in front of the net for a nifty back-heel goal.

Ramos was given a red card 2 minutes later for Orlando (2-3-2) after a studs-up tackle on Waylon Francis, which started a few skirmishes.

Kamara assisted on Justin Meram's score in the 55th minute and netted his own goal 5 minutes later.

Steve Clark had his third shutout of the season.
