Ameren Missouri's Dennis Bennett provided natural gas safety training Monday to about 25 members of the Russellville-Lohman Fire Protection District.
The district is a volunteer department serving Russellville, Lohman, Corticelli, High Point, Enon, Scrivner and portions of unincorporated Cole County.
Bennett offered tips for recognizing and responding safely to a natural gas leak to emergency responders, excavators and community groups throughout the state.
