COLUMBIA - The Blair Oaks Lady Falcons got the tying run to third base in the top of the seventh inning, but the runner got stranded there as Hickman claimed a 6-5 win Monday night.
Jolie Duffner had two hits and one RBI for Blair Oaks, while Payton Staggs had a pair of hits. Mackinnley Hamacher had one hit and two RBI and Karlie Reinkemeyer had one hit and one RBI.
Staggs took the loss, giving up four earned runs while striking out four.
The Lady Falcons who are now 17-5, will host Southern Boone today for Senior Night.
Blair Oaks won the JV game 12-6.
Lydia Pointer had two hits and three RBI for the Lady Falcons (12-2), while Emily Jones had a single, triple and one RBI. Hannah Schroeder had two doubles and two RBI and Cameron Dulle had two doubles.
Megan Mitchem was the winning pitcher.
