The Jefferson City Lady Jays JV tennis team swept the Sedalia Smith-Cotton varsity by a 9-0 score Tuesday, losing just three games overall.
Winning in singles were Erica Dunn (8-1), Esther Ruboneka (8-0), Haley Watson (8-0), Erica Overfelt (8-0), Ali Lewis (8-0) and Bailey Patrick (8-0).
Doubles winners were Ruboneka and Watson (8-1), Lindsay Greene and Victoria Brainerd (8-1) and Annie Roberts and Karen Turner (8-0).
The Jefferson City varsity and JV will host Hickman today.
