Jays top C.B.C. in JV football

ST. LOUIS - Sophomore quarterback Gunnar See threw three touchdown passes as the Jefferson City Jays junior varsity football team rolled to a 27-0 win Monday against C.B.C.

See connected with Adam Huff for scores of 64 and 61 yards, before going to Carson Ridgeway for a 35-yard touchdown pass.

Junior J.T. Bohlken added a 35-yard touchdown pass to Jacob Gourley to help lead Jefferson City's offensive attack.

Rashaun Woods hauled in two interceptions, while Gage Humprey and Joseph Bustamante both had two sacks to lead the Jays (1-0) on defense.

Jefferson City will travel to Hickman on Thursday.
